Test Dates for 2024 SEAG Transfer Tests

There are key dates for the 2024 SEAG Format Transfer Test that you should be aware of. Please note that this information is given in good faith and the SEAG body have said in the past:- 

"SEAG may alter any or all of the arrangements for the planning, conduct and marking of the Entrance Assessment and will, in that event, endeavour to inform parents/guardians of such in advance."

SEAG Transfer Test Dates

• Saturday 16th November 2024 (Paper 1)

• Saturday 23rd November 2024 (Paper 2)

SEAG Registration Opens

• 8.00am MONDAY 20th MAY 2024

SEAG Registration Closes

• FRIDAY 20th SEPTEMBER 2024 at 11.59pm

SEAG results issued

• Results available TBC

Applying to post-primary schools

• February 2025

Your Child's School Allocation

• May 2025 – Parents are informed by the Education Authority which school that their child has been allocated to.
